Residence Lake Como - Colico

I recently stayed at Residence Lake Como for a week and had an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our large group feel welcome and special. The facilities, including the pool and seating area, were excellent with a stunning mountain view. The bar served delicious cocktails and coffee at a great price. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lakefront with plenty of dining and shopping options. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Lake Como. Thank you to the incredible staff!

i totally recommend this place to all. thanks for wonderful stay for your perfect vacation and near to the center of colico, the main square, and bars/restaurants, supermarket and bank. my thanks to all very kind and friendly staff members. it has a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher.

We had a such great stay in Colico just next door to pedestrian area, the main square and all the restaurants and bay and Residence Lake Como. Staff were helpful and kind here. And thanks to its central location it was marvellous and brilliant, on mountains🙂

The apartment was well-equipped, and the location was perfect with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops. The spa area was a highlight, and the hosts were fantastic and always available for communication. We will definitely be back!

Views of the lake and mountains, exceptionally comfortable bed with feather pillows. Got a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets, available in the bathroom. Marvellous location...

I always stay at this amazing place by the lake. They helped me with currency. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, a kitchen, air conditioning, fitness centre and more. I'm coming back this weekend to enjoy the jacuzzi and spa. I have no regrets.

The Residence Lake Como in Colico offered a wonderful experience from start to finish. The setting of the residence is excellent and conveniently close to the old city center, as well as bars and restaurants. The location next to the railway was convenient for getting around.

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Lake Como. The spacious rooms with a complete kitchen were perfect for our family of four. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and the host, Eleonore, took excellent care of us. The pool was a highlight, although we wished we had more time to enjoy the other amenities. We hope to return soon.

We felt very well taken care of and had no reason to complain.

The rooms at Residence Lake Como are just perfect! They have a cozy seating area with a comfy sofa where I could relax after a long day of biking. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, which made it easy for me to prepare meals. The flat-screen TV was a nice bonus for some evening entertainment.

There was a slight downside for me as I personally did not find the tile/marble floor very appealing. But hey, that's just my subjective opinion!

The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen, which was a major plus. It could easily accommodate eight people, even though we were only four. the staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a parking spot for our large car. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the lake, restaurants, and bars.

The bed could have been more comfortable, as the mattress was quite soft. we felt that the number of towels provided per guest could have been increased, or at least specific towels for the pool could have been offered.

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Lake Como! The hotel is brand new and impeccably clean, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Colico, with easy access to the train station, supermarket, shops. We were amazed by the amazing view of the lake and mountains from our apartment. The jacuzzi was a good touch, adding a romantic atmosphere to our stay. The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. The staff, particularly Giorgia, was warm and helpful throughout our stay. This was our first holiday with our dog, and both she and we loved it! We will definitely be coming back to Residence Lake Como in the future. we highly recommend this hotel for a nice vacation.

our stay at colico exceeded our expectations! the brand new, clean and well-organized residence in the heart of town was perfect. the staff, especially giorgia, were incredibly warm and helpful. our dog loved it too! we will definitely be back.

I just returned from an unforgettable stay at a fantastic apartment in a prime location. the well-equipped kitchen was a standout feature, allowing us to prepare meals easily. Situated in the heart of the charming town of Colico, we were within walking distance of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bank. It was also an ideal base for exploring nearby Bellagio and Menaggio. the highlight of our stay was the spa area, which had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. the hosts were incredibly hospitable, ensuring clear and easy communication. We can't wait to come back!
